Cookbook creator says: try this next time without the butter, perhaps apple sauce. Try slicing the pears to they are discs. The ginger I added was good, but sprinkle on the pears before the goo. forget the oats, find the perfect cheese, maybe a blue cheese.

This recipe is from Good Housekeeping. It's simple and easy- I use the broiler instead of the grill and it comes out great! I use Wild or Atlantic Salmon instead of Farm Raised and use fillets instead of steaks.
