This yogurt treat is SO good- it tastes so much like a cinnamon roll. My five-year-old likes a little extra cinnamon and honey in hers, but I like mine just like this- not too terribly sweet- the cinnamon adds a bit of sweetness that is just right. This is especially good with Greek yogurt. Occasionally, I add a few toasted, crumbled pecan halves.

Cookbook creator says: Use 8 - 10 oz of noodles, add 1Tbsp vinegar, chopped peppers, and chopped scallions -- also may need to add a little sugar depending on peanut butter. Also used chunky peanut butter for extra crunch and eliminated the sesame seeds.
