Some recipes that struck my fancy. Often tho' I just like to head into the kitchen & create with what ever is on hand to inspire me. I'm a much better cook than a baker; hate to measure. My favorite seasonings are Cinnamon or dry Mustard. Also trilogy, fruit, nightshade family, or squashes.

Cookbook creator says: Made this using drained crushed pineapple in place of carrots, decreased the sugar, increased the spices esp cinnamon, and subbed whole wheat flour for half. Drizzled with pineapple juice and powedered sugar mix instead of topping. Mine was healthier and fewer calories; got to have a bigger piece!

Cookbook creator says: Cinnamon Raisin Almond Balls - 3 ingredients, a little water plus the food processor (which Tigger can clean.) Maybe try adding a tsp of olive oil to reduce some of the stickiness; I would put it in the processor first & run it so it is easier to clean afterwards.

Cookbook creator says: Be sure to try this soon! Read up on variatioons to spice up. I think we will use twodifferent types of beans - pinto & black from CANS. Not sure about the sweet potatoes - would thawed hash browns work as well? Low fat cheese. Find some dairy free sour cream too lots of spicy salsa.
