Old-fashioned, whole milk, real butter mashed potatoes. They can still be considered healthy if you eat a small portion alongside your other low-calorie foods. These can be considered a "healthy carb" comfort food, instead of reaching for the ice cream, chocolate or other sugar-laden food.
