This isn't the healthiest thing going, but for me it's back-in-the-day type comfort food. We always made a similar dish with Kraft Dinner brand macaroni and cheese! I've made this one a smidgen healthier by using the whole wheat macaroni, and using a cheese sauce that does not require butter to prepare. Mmmm... Creamy and filling!
