Cookbook creator says: Could try with almond butter? Can add tofu, chicken, peanuts, peas, red pepper, ginger, etc. to add variety and flavors. Many added some extra PB and kept over some of the past water to add in to smooth out the pb (as gets clumpy when adding).Submitted by BCJL13
