Cookbook creator says: Variation suggested by someone else. I add chopped fresh cilantro (or the paste from the tube) AND I add nonfat plain yogurt. The yogurt cuts the fat per serving and makes the guac more creamy. I add about 1/4 cup to one avocado. Can also add some Jalepeno for some heat.
