The nutritional info is just for the fish and salsa.
I'll cook up some brown rice, and serve it over that for dinner.

Lovers of fried fish get the taste without all the calories in this recipe. Seasoned whole wheat flour improves the usual fish and chips batter. A good pilsner or larger makes this dish taste best and since you only need 1/2 cup beer, theres some left over for the cook to enjoy.

Quick, easy, and really flavorful; would probably still be good without the garlic salt and cajun seasoning for those watching their sodium intake.

Western Hidalgo, Mexico known for its excellent cuisine. I stayed at a superbly elegant hacienda adjacent to El Chico Natural Park, from where I obsconded with this dish, before going on to visit the Tula archaeological site, one of ancient Mexico’s most important ceremonial centers. At the ruins you’ll see figures, called atlantes,15-foot sculptures which are considered important symbols of the state of Hidalgo.

I decided that I wanted to add zest to my fish, which otherwise would have been boring with just rice and broccoli. I used to just make fish, rice and broccoli, then my husband would add soy sauce to his. Just adding some of the salad dressing while it cooked added zing!!

Even if you don't like fish, you'll like this fish dish! You can also substitute other fish like tilapia, cod or haddock.
Don't be tempted to use something other than butter...a little goes a long way and it's what provides a crispy crunch to the finished product.

This wonderful, spicy entree can be made with tilapia or any other white fish. I love it with fresh Gulf of Mexico red snapper or grouper.

This is a recipe in Jillian Michael's Master Your Metabolism book. It calls for 2 lbs of asparagus, but I only had 1, so I used some frozen cauliflower instead. I really liked this recipe, though I do not think it needs the added salt, or you could use reduced sodium broth instead of the regular it calls for. I also had to use more than 1 tsp of cornstarch to get it thick.
