This is so good. I used leftover rice. This is a low fat high fiber dish. Can use tomatoes with chiles if you want it a little spicer. To have less sodium use low sodium taco seasoning and tomatoes.

Layer ingredients into a casserole pan
Break up ground turkey, cover with chopped onions, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Next layer on green beans. Cover with tomato soup and stewed tomato's and top with mashed potato's ( I also have used sliced potato's)

This is a lower-fat version of a recipe I found on allrecipes.com, I cut the ground beef in half, added black beans and substituted whole wheat pasta for regular. The original recipe calls for tortilla chips on top, I omitted those.
