This was so good, and so pretty, I just had to make it into a recipe so I could make it again. Frozen blueberries and strawberries with protein powder and a little nonfat yogurt and milk add up to an amazing (and very big) smoothie, without a whole lot of calories. Wow.

This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.

An easy to do recipe with delicious results. Half a cup of olives is an optional addition to this dish. It goes well with rice.

This is absolutely wonderful and low fat but doesn't taste like it. The lemon flavor is very rich and full and great for fresh blueberries just picked from the bushes. This recipe has been adapted from Kraft but changed to reflect low fat at 80 calories per serving rather then 160.

This recipe was adapted from another, less healthy version. I substituted half healthier ingredients wherever possible. It turned out great and you don't notice the substitutions at all! If you want to make it even healthier, skip the chocolate chips and use Walnuts instead.
