Cookbook creator says: This came out great! I think I may have taken a little creative license though. I added one real egg and then used low fat yogurt not non-fat yogurt and also regular brown sugar (5 table spoons is the conversion). I like to use real things whenever possible. I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners :)Submitted by METSFAN81
