A heart-healthy one-dish meal made with lean top round beef, lots of vegetables, and a spicy, herb mixture.
This was my grandmothers recipe -- i replaced 1/2 cup of oil with 1/2 cup of applesauce to make it lighter and lessened the sugar from 1 cup to 3/4 cup
