A breakfast shake - you can substitute cantaloupe, or strawberries for the banana. However for the other fruits do not use vanilla extract!!!

You can use 1 cup of any Fruit. Use Stevia to tase. Place everything in blender, and blend until smooth. Serve, and drink.

These are low carb, low calorie breakfast muffins that I just love! You can do a meatless version with morningstar farms veggie sausage patties diced and added in place of ham.

These muffins are loaded with whole grains, fruits, and vegetables! This is a slightly different version of my Healthy Breakfast Muffins. This recipe made 32 regular sized muffins. Depending on how full you fill the muffin cups, I'd say you should get 28 - 32 muffins. Nutritional value is calculated on 30 servings (1 muffin = 1 serving).
