It's better than stopping at Starbucks, both for taste, cost, and nutritional value for the calories you're taking in. Swap out different frozen fruits for variety; add protein powder or probiotic powders for more punch. Buy fruit in season in bulk and freeze it yourself to save money.

This is an easy and Yummy smoothie. It can either be for a breakfast with some toast and light butter, or a mid afternoon snack, when your sweet tooth is calling for something...well sweet.
