Almost Fat-free Spinach Pie

I love spinach pie, but extremely picky about the flavor (not a dill fan). I was surprised at how fatty it can be, so I created a low-fat version when I tried the Weight Watchers diet. Each slice has about 2.5 g of fat (from the olive oil and dough), which works out to be about 4 points per (large) slice.

Delicious and healthy. Feels like you are eating guacamole, but it is mostly cucumbers.

Vegetarian Miso Soupo

Had this soup at a Sushi Restaurant and loved it. Very tasty and low on calories and fat. Can be made with any vegetables you have on. I found my jar of MISO at a health food store. As MISO is made from fermented soy beans, no need to add salt.
