Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray sheet pan w/cooking spray. Slice potatoes in half then cut into half inch cubes. Places potatoes in bowl and toss with oil. Combine cheese and spices and add to potatoes. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake, turning once until potatoes are lightly browned and easily pierced with a knife, about 25 minutes
