This soup keeps well in the fridge, but I don't recommend freezing. It's so good that you won't have to worry about leftovers though! Save some of the reserved toppings for the leftovers and you won't be disappointed. Makes an excellent remedy for congestion - use more jalapeņos or serranos if you like it really spicy.
