A slight variation on the original P90X pancake recipe.

These are soo yummy with some honey drizzled on them!! My kiddos love them with blueberries & walnuts on top!! So nutritious and leftovers can be put in freezer for later.

Each low fat pancake has 4 g Protein and less than 75 calories!!
