Eat Great, Lose Weight

Eat Great, Lose Weight

Like any teenager, my parent complains because I don't cook my own food. Trying to lose weight is hard, but if you make your own food it's easier to track your progress in the calorie counter. So I am looking for easy to make recipes that are healthy, great tasting and personalized for one person.

Sausage Egg Casserole (Low Carb)
Very Good 4.8/5

Cookbook creator says: Casserole in a muffin. Crazy! But easy to make and you can divide the calories to make smaller portions or you can give some to family members. It's not good to keep eggs to long and they can be a pain to warm up anyway.

Cookbook creator says: I love fruit and scones are great for breakfast, but usually they're loaded with calories. A scones recipe on here, Blueberry I believe, was 350 calories a scone. This one looks more like a pie, and is only 150 calories. Perfect.
