Great for lunches or as a simple summer supper. You could replace some of the basil for oregano and turn it into a greek delight.

UPDATED: Added the ramen and the almonds. Still a low-fat winner. Note that you don't use the ramen seasoning packet, so the sodium count is incorrect. Thanks for all the awesome reviews!

I'm sure no one in China actually eats anything like this, but we thank them for their culinary contribution of the soy-sesame-ginger-chile combo, which makes anything delicious.

I kind of threw these together one night and they were so good my roommates request them at least once a week! The recipe leaves plenty of room for interpretation. The Nutritional Info might not be 100% accurate because there is no way to enter an entire portabella mushroom into the recipe calculator and I'm not entirely sure how much 100 grams is.
