This is a FANTASTIC dish where the chicken will literally fall apart with a fork - no knives kneeded (little joke there)! Best served with Orzo or Coucous.

Using shirataki noodles and a low calorie sauce, you can have a huge bowl of spaghetti that is under 100 calories and loaded with fiber!

NOTE: The nutritional information is calculated for plain shirataki noodles. If you use tofu shirataki noodles, you will be adding more calories.
