This is a delicious, light, refreshing dessert. It's low cal and sugar and can be made with the lite pie filling in any flavor. Note that this needs to be made the night before to soften the graham crackers.

I make this is my post-workout recovery treat, as well as a meal substitute on busy days. I add a small scoop of low-fat ice cream to satisfy my preference for a creamy shake but that ingredient can be eliminated.

Even though I'm not a huge fan of dairy products, they can be a helpful way to start working towards eating less meat. I created this recipe after a special request from a Personal Chef Services client, and it's a big hit with her family. Yes, you can use bottled spaghetti sauce, but it's so easy to make a basic sauce from scratch with higher quality ingredients and it gives you something to do while the water boils for the pasta, so it's worth a little extra work.

This is a recipe is adapted from an old cookbook I have from a school in Massachusetts, only I have substituted applesauce for the oil. We have made it for years. The surprise was when I calculated the recipes it comes to 100 calories per slice. It makes at least two 9x5 loaves and we slice them into 12 pieces each.

This is a great way to use those bananas no one will eat because they've begun to brown. I used a recipe that called for a lot more fat and sugar, so I gave this a chance as an experiment and the results were EXTREMELY Satisfying!
