this is a great chilli to make when cleaning out your freezer and pantry. feel free to make any changes, all of the ingredients listed here are one that were around the house with no other use! i used italian flavoured veggie ground round but i'd suggest just going with the original kind, the nutritional info is nearly identical. enjoy for a healthy vegetarian meal!

Delightfully quick on a rushed night and flexible enough that you can use just about any vegetable(s) you want this tuna casserole is a hit with my whole family. This is easily doubled as well. You can serve half and freeze the other half to be warmed up and served another time too.
