Cookbook creator says: This is so quick and easy. Very delicious the next day cold. For finger foods, just cut up the chicken in smaller pieces. You can also add sesame seeds, or replace the brown sugar with molasses.

Cookbook creator says: My kids absolutely LOVE this recipe! It is a great way to get little ones to eat protein, or used to the texture of beans. If you prefer, you can mash the chick peas before adding to the recipe, or toss them in your blender for a smoother texture.

Cookbook creator says: This is so delicious! Very quick to put together, and is delightful served with barley. I cook my barley in my rice cooker. For an easier meal, add the barley and more water (1 cup barley needs 2 cups water) for a 1 dish meal.

Cookbook creator says: I never buy pre-made shake and bake, I just use whatever I have on hand! This recipe is so easy, you don't even need spices. If you want nuggets, just cut the chicken into pieces the desired size.

Cookbook creator says: I wanted to be able to bake bread that tastes just like Mom's. I failed miserably!! So I created this recipe from reading different sites about what I could be doing wrong, and I tried a few recipes, before coming up with this one that is very soft and delicious. Cookbook creator says: My kids ASK for this! They absolutely love it! We usually serve it over a grain (brown rice, barley, etc.). We find it cuts down on the spicy flavour for the kids. But it is equally delicious by itself. If you like beans in your chilli, then add away.

I didn't use chicken stock, but you can. Use 4 cups chicken stock and 2 cups water. I add no salt to my stocks when I make them.

It is best to use a JUST PEANUTS peanut butter. Not only are there no added sugars and salts, there are NO added oils or anything. You will know it is ONLY peanuts if there is oil on top and you have to stir it.
