One of my favorite childhood memories is eating Grandma's 'cabbage casserole'. It's one of those things where you just layer 'stuff' in a pan and bake, but boy, is it good! This version substitutes ground white meat turkey for her ground beef and brown rice for the white rice she used. Brown turkey in skillet. Start pot of water to boil for noodles. Add dry onion flakes (optional) and 1 cup of water to skillet. Add mushrooms and soup mixing well with the water to skillet cooking on simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is done. Add egg noodles to boiling water cook until tender. Drain and add to skillet.
