I found this recipe in a Dr. Oz book. I modified it a little. I'm not very fond of cold soups but this makes a delicious dip for baked corn chips. Also, it's a great way to get in those veggies.

Nice change of pace from regular beef chili. This chili uses turkey, corn, avocado and lime juice to give it nice flavor. Not only is it healthier but it tastes great. If you like heat in your chili feel free to spice it up.
