This chicken salad is perfect for any occasion! It is creamy because it's ground in the food processor but has some bite because of the grapes and pecans. Not only that, it has a little kick because of the tabasco sauce. This salad is perfect for any time or place because of its quick prep time and low fat ingredients.

Basically, it is a mixture of one of my stir fry recipe's without the sauces and one big difference, everything is grilled over the BBQ pit. It is amazing. I hope you give it a try.
