Cookbook creator says: I really can't tell you how good this is! I like to cut up fresh veggies (sweet potato, onion, zuccini) and roast them before adding them with some frozen corn/peas. I also substitue Amy's Organic Cream of Mushroom for the soup...less toxic ingredients and a GREAT flavor! Highly recommend this!
