Cookbook creator says: I'm not sure what I did wrong but these were a big disappointment...maybe cooking them in the microwave was the problem (they got squishy and gross)...next time I'll try tossing them in the mixture and baking them

Cookbook creator says: Chicken had great flavor but too much broccoli and the rice took forever to cook...next time, thaw broccoli in the microwave first and start cooking rice as soon as you get home

Cookbook creator says: Biscuits were bland...need to spice them up with maybe some garlic or poultry seasoning as suggested in the other comments. Also, the recipe suggested soft wheat flour so maybe try that too next time around...

Cookbook creator says: Although this didn't taste EXACTLY like Sesame Chicken, it had a GREAT flavor! Next time I will reduce the amount of soy sauce (1 tbsp is PLENTY for 4 oz of chicken) and add some honey at the end for bit of sweetness.
