sub 3-4 sm cloves garlic
86 ketchup & tom sauce
sub 7oz tom paste & 7oz water
reduced .5c red wine w/shrooms to serve on top
next time will +wheat gluten & pulse with lentils & rice in the food processor & might add some A1 for serving either with or in lieu of the wine sauce

Cookbook creator says: I make peanut sauce at home with natural peanut butter all the time; the trick is to grind it at the store (in the bulk foods department) that it doesn't have months to sit on the shelf and separate. This is a great recipe for going vegan if you replace the chicken with seitan.
