Great as a dessert with a scoop of vanilla low fat ice cream or as is.
Tastes like apple pie without the calories of the crust.
You can just use the apples if you don't like pear and if you want a little tartness add some crasins
You can use less splenda brown sugar, I really don't measure it I just sprinkle it on top (so I really think I use less than 1/4 cup)Submitted by MARYMW2
