All of these recipes I either created myself or have altered to make easier, quicker or healthier. I am allergic to citrus so you will never see it in my recipes but I will note if I substituted something for citrus so you can try it either way. Please leave me comments!

This is a summer favorite for me. Cool and light with a little sweetness. I will usually eat in a pita or in a soft hotdog roll. Or even eat half a serving with crackers as a snack, I use imitation meat because crab is so expensive but you can use either or even Lobster. YUM!!!!

I love this recipe!
I play in the kitchen a lot and one night decided I wanted something spicy and came up with this.
I will usually eat with rice or a baked potato and a Veggie. Try dipping in a little ranch dressing!

This recipe does not use a blender or Ice and is fairly chunky. It uses Meringue powder to help thicken the smoothie.
If you have a blender available I would add a hand full of ice and omit the Meringue powder as it creates a bit of a chalky texture.
Play around with other fruits that are easy to mash and have fun!!!!

Not the best but it's quick and makes a plain old condensed soup much better.

If I have fresh garlic around i will mince and use instead of the powder. Also if you’re not an onion fan like me you can use less or even leave them out all together but it won't be as ZESTY!

Try adding some Shredded Cheddar Cheese too!!!!

I created this recipe based on a pork loin recipe I make in the crock pot with beer and sage. I have omitted the bottle of bear and added Worcestershire here. Both ways are great. The advantages of this recipe are time and amount. I live alone so making a full pork loin is too much food.

You can also add whole peppercorns to the recipe. It adds just a little more spice.

Quick easy Asian inspired meal. I usually eat for lunch. You can add more vegetables. My favorite is to add broccoli!
