This is absolutely wonderful and low fat but doesn't taste like it. The lemon flavor is very rich and full and great for fresh blueberries just picked from the bushes. I got this from the Taste of Home website and man is it good. It is one of the lite desserts. Their ingredients yielded a little higher calories but not much.
