Cookbook creator says: I did not use lemon (as I forgot to purchase it at the grocery store). I cut the chicken after it had browned. I substituted a minced garlic for the clove of garlic and subbed Goya Adobo con Cumin instead of salt. VERY TASTY!

This was adapted from a fellow Sparker. I used a 9x13 pan instead to yield 15 - 1 cup servings. I used vegetarian refried beans, fat free cheddar cheese, and Texas Pete Chili Sauce instead of Chili.

Rachael Ray's recipe. This is excellent! My whole family loved it! I used mozzerella cheese instead of Provolone since that is what I had, and it worked just fine.

This is super easy and very delicious! My dad got this from a lady at work years ago and has been a favorite of mine ever since. I like to pair it with white rice, but egg noddles are good too. I usually also have a small salad with this. Hope you enjoy!

Throw all of the canned ingredients into crockpot. Add spices and 2 cups of water. Heat on low 4-5 hours.
