Cookbook creator says: I did not use lemon (as I forgot to purchase it at the grocery store). I cut the chicken after it had browned. This is super easy and very delicious! My dad got this from a lady at work years ago and has been a favorite of mine ever since. I like to pair it with white rice, but egg noddles are good too.
