To use in place of canned cream soups in casseroles or as a base for
your own soups. It is much lower in fat and salt than the canned versions. The trick is to have it made up ready to use.
*Note* For my bouillon cubes, 1/2 cube = 1 tsp. bouillon granules. 12 tsp. =1/4 cup

This recipe comes from meatlessmonday.com, where you can find a picture of it.
The original recipe calls for 2 Tbls. agar flakes; I substituted one packet of gelatin.
I served the cheesecake at a soccer tailgate (thus the 16 servings) and everyone liked it; NOT ONE person said, "Eeewww...tofu".
(Nutritional info reflects my version and does not include fruit toppings. If anyone makes this with Splenda, please let me know how it comes out.)

I used a melon baller to drop the dough onto cookie sheets....and I get 48 cookies every time.
