This is another mod on a Rachel Ray 30 minute meal. I used laughing cow cheese (only 30 cals each!) instead of the cheese that she suggests along with a little less olive oil. I like to eat this with roasted asparagus or baked spaghetti squash.Submitted by KRISTEN282

This is a family recipe that my grandmother brought over with her from Sweden. All my children and grandkids love it, it is the "expected" breakfast when they spend the night at Nana's house. I have replaced the 3 eggs with egg beaters. Serve with syrup (not included in the calorie calculations. My husband and I use sugar free syrup. They are more like crepes and are also delicious with fresh berries and diet whipped topping.Submitted by KAGOULET

Flavorful zucchini, red and yellow peppers served on top of chicken marinated with herb and garlic marinade. I got this recipe from the Mrs. Dash website but I couldn't find the Mrs. Dash Herb and Garlic Marinade so I just used Lawry's brand and it turned out great. This recipe is incredibly simple to make with virtually no clean up and the best part is it's low fat and low carb!Submitted by FATHIA915
