Cookbook creator says: Take 1 pear and slice thinly, fry in skillet coated with Pam until soft and browned (can sprinkle 1T sugar subs. on them) and set aside. Take 2 servings worth of pancake mix (1/4 c) add 1T molasses, 1t ginger, 1/2t cinn and mix. Med low heat cook one pancake. Serve pancake with pear slices on top
