I got this recipe from and it's supposed to be Cracker Barrel's Macroni & Cheese, not sure about that, but it sure is good! Not what you'd call low fat though. I added this for my own tracking, and I thought I'd share it.

Add a LITTLE extra flavor to your veggies by pan frying up some turkey bacon while you steam your veggies until they are ALMOST DONE. Then add them to the pan with bacon and stir. The flavor of the bacon permeates the veggies. This IS tastier with real bacon as the flavor is stronger, but healthier with the turkey bacon.
