Cookbook creator says: Substitute plain yogurt for the sour cream, add an 8oz can of mushrooms and a 15.5oz can of diced tomatoes with garlic/onion. Otherwise, the recipe is too bland!

Cookbook creator says: If the chicken breasts are large, cut calories by only eating half a breast. The ones I purchase from Giant are huge, and half a breast is probably still 4oz!
