I'm allergic to milk protein, so I need recipes that don't have cheese, milk, whey, etc. in them. It's okay if it's baked, because the protein changes form.

dairy free alternative to a classic. My 2nd was born and about 2 weeks later we found out she was allergic to dairy and soy protein. I was breast feeding so I too had to remove all dairy and soy from my diet. I got so tired of making 2 meals - or multiple versions- for the whole family to enjoy. My husband and older daughter loved these and never even noticed the difference!
