I got this recipe out of the Food Matters book and it is for what they consider "real" whole grain bread - no white flour or other highly processed ingredients, etc.
Food Matters book..."Bakers call this kind of loaf 'travel bread.' It is not as high as typical sandwhich bread, but is used the same way. Slice it thinly and have as a sandwhich or toasted."Submitted by RCOMTE
