Really basic recipe from about.com. Much more flavorful ones out there, and more authentic ones (although for some reason, all the ones I can find are really wet, unlike authentic street chana masala). Serve over rice for a meal or serve as a side dish to another Indian dish like samosas.

This tastes so much like tuna, even without the kelp. Great in a sandwich or by itself. I love it in pita. Light vegenaise will work perfectly well, and cut down on a lot of the calories and fat. Or add in less. I'm a vegenaise-aholic, so I put quite a bit, but you might want to cut back some. Came from the blog, "Yeah, That 'Vegan' Shit." Basically, if you stay close to the recipe, you can put whatever you like in it, and it'll taste like tuna plus whatever you like. Great.

Vegan Ranch Dip

From Recipezaar.com user Dragonshoes. It will very depending on the vegan mayonnaise you use. I used original Vegenaise, so it ended up pretty sweet, so it was really only good for dipping, not for salad really, unless you're crazy about ranch. I always dip broccoli or carrots or cucumbers in it.
