This recipe originally called for whip cream, olive oil, and regular swiss cheese. I substituted evaporated skim milk, spray olive oil, and 2% swiss cheese to reduce calories from over 700 to 351 per serving.

I found this recipe somewhere on the internet, and it was so much more simple than any other pizza dough recipe that used yeast. It's delicious and fluffy, and sometimes I like to add minced garlic - yum.
