Cookbook creator says: Skip cream and any milk products. Sautee green onion and mushrooms in a few tbsp of olive oil. Add minced garlic to taste. Add a regular sized can of pureed pumpkin. Stir until blended well, then add 3 - 4 cups of vegetable broth. Add some basil and dill. 200 cals per bowl (1 cup).
