Fabulous! I shared this with a friend tonight and she was in awe. My husband loved this, too. I love it that I can have a whole cup for 162.5 calories! It is a hearty meal and can be paired with a salad or you can add toppings (note: not included in the nutritional information).

This is a modified version of a spinach quiche recipe that I got off the back of a package of Knorr's Vegetable soup mix. The orignal recipe calls for a pie crust instead of sausage. I like this version for the added protein from the sausage.
