This is a revamp of a granola recipe that I found, but there were a bunch of funky ingredients that were either too expensive for me or just felt like over kill of a great idea. I just simplified it to stuff that I would normally have lying around in my cupboard.

This is something that is so simple to take and then you can have left overs too. I would reccomend using wheat tortillas too to cut some carbs. I also sometimes add Uncle Ben's90 second rice too.

This recipe uses canned vegetables and is useful for somebody who doesn't have a lot of refrigerator space to keep fresh vegetables. However, for a fresher taste you can always use the fresh veggies! It's pretty filling, and fairly low-calorie for 1 cup portions. Make some corn bread to go along with it and add some green beans on the side and you have a great, low calorie dinner.
