So delicious, this is a great recipe to use those tomatoes from your garden. Can or freeze and eat all winter long. This recipe is also great served cold during the warmer months.

It was cold and snowy today so I needed soup. This is an old favorite and I decided the calories were worth it. But it's not that bad as long as you limit your serving size! I added millet for fiber

My husband makes this soup, generally with leftovers after we have baked salmon. It is an adaption from a midwest living recipe. Great with homemade bread and salad.

try this comforting, delicious and super quick soup. though this soup could use some tinkering in the sodium department.... (keep your eyes open for sodium-reduced alternatives), it remains a staple comfort food at our house.
