A dark, dense, hearty whole grain bread which is tasty served warm. I enjoy it by itself but you can also spread no fat cream cheese or your favorite preserves on it.

This recipe is from my Cuisinart Mixer, if you do not have an electric mixer a would not recomend this.
Makes 2 Loaves. I calculated the nutrition estimating 10 slices per loaf, making 1 slice a serving.
This recipe is a treat.

A multigrain, wholesome food. My kids love this and it holds together well for sandwiches. The seeds can be omitted if you like.
