1 cup of 1% cottage cheese
2 cups of fat free or lite cool whip
1 large banana or any unsweet fruit
Mix and enjoy!!!
Chill or freeze (if you would like cold or frozen)
I have also tried this with 3 tbsp. crushed pineapples (no sugar added) and it was GOOD
