This dish is a nice switch to a normal rice, soya & veggies that we always seem to cook up! Give it a try I promise you'll love it! Also this works well with Chicken breasts.

A great dish for kids, the whole dish ends up turning purple!

Cookbook creator says: Sounds like a cool way to use canned tuna! I think I will use a vinegarette salad dressing (spray on kind) instead of the olive oil though. Maybe some cherry tomatoes too! Yum!! I"m getting hungry thinking about this!
